ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Additional District and Sessions Court, Dharapuram, Thiruppur, to dispose of the suit for partition filed by the revision petitioners in O.S.No.98 of 2017 within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the revision, even without notice to the respondents.
3. The perusal of the E-Court entry filed in the typed set of papers would suggest, the trial in the suit has already commenced and 2/4
the plaintiffs' side evidence was closed as early as 05.10.2021. Thereafter, there is no much progress in the suit.
4. Therefore, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
