Heard Mr. S.Thirumavalavan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. U.Baranidharan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 1/4

Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

This Contempt Petition has been filed stating that the order dated 19.04.2023 in W.P. No. 9475 of 2023 has not been complied in which this Court had passed the following order:- "5.

In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 15.12.2022, on its own merits and in accordance with law. The 3rd respondent shall take into account the explanation given by the 7th respondent and thereafter take a decision. This exercise shall be completed by the 3rd respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order."

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent has produced Proceedings in R.C. No. 2035/2022/A3 dated 02.11.2023 sent by the Respondent to the Petitioner showing that the order dated 19.04.2023 in W.P. No. 9475 of 2023 passed by the Court has been complied and its copy is placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration 2/4

in the Contempt Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In fine, the Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
