ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.In pursuant to the order dated 07.03.2016, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor was directed to file a status report. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor instead of filing status report, would submit that they filed a referred charge sheet as "Mistake of facts" on 17.03.2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram. So it is left open to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the concerned Court to work out his remedy.

3.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
