The writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus, directing the respondents to fill up the seats for the Professional Medical and Dental Seats additionally surrendered by the Private Medical and Dental Colleges in Puducherry as per the Supreme Court directions within the extended time limit of 07.10.2016.
2. Now, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that CENTAC has been convened and nothing survives in this petition.
