The petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 am for a period of three months in Crl.O.P.No.10316/2024 order dated 20.06.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation is completed and the petitioner had complied with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
