The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioners are complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto.
