This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to conduct an inquiry and register the case based on the complaint dated 21.05.2021.

2. Grievance of the petitioner is that he lodged a complaint before the respondents on 21.05.2021 and till today, no action has been taken.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has been transferred to Central Crime Branch, Salem.

4. Since the complaint of the petitioner transferred to Central Crime Branch, Salem City, the second respondent is directed to inform the petitioner about the status of the complaint.
