C.M.P.No.21097 of 2021 in C.R.P.No.2033 of 2019 P.T. ASHA, J., The above petition is filed for extending time granted by order dated 01.10.2021 in this petition for paying the Court fee in O.S.No.5822 of 2008 pending on the file of the learned XVI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. A receipt dated 01.11.2021 has been produced, indicating the payment of a sum of Rs.3,37,453/-.

3. In view of the above, this Court grants extends the time for paying the deficit Court fee as directed by this Court in paragraph No.6 of the order dated 01.10.2021 in C.R.P.PD.No.2033 of 2019. In all other aspects, there is no no modification in the order dated 01.10.2021.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
