This petition has been filed to modify the condition in Paragraph No.6 imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10618 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024 directing the petitioner to produce one blood related surety.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has already complied with the said condition and the petitioner was already let out on anticipatory bail and thereby, the petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
