Mr.Saravana Kumar COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed, seeking to punish the respondent, alleging for his wilful disobedience by non compliance of the order dated 22.04.2019 in 1/2

Cont.P.No.1613 & 1600/2019 Crl.R.C.Nos.681/2017 and 682/2017, to punish the respondent herein for his willful disobedience.

When these matters are taken up today, the learned counsel for the Respondent/Contemnor would submit that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court by paying the amount of Rs.1,20,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Twenty Lakhs Only) and the Demand Draft has also been handed over to the petitioner.

This Court heard the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side.

In view of the compliance of the order dated 22.04.2019, by the respondent, the contempt petition stands closed.
