(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks to assail notice under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act, 1905 (in short 'the said Act'). We are of the view that the petitioner having replied to the notice, no intervention is required at this stage.

The concerned authorities will, depending upon the view they take, pass an order under Section 6 of the said Act, against which an appeal is provided under Section 10 of the said Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.No case is made out for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
