Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.20255/2021 dated 12/11/2021 as to appear before the respondent police at about 08.00 a.m for a period of four weeks instead of appear before the respondent police daily at about 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20255 of 2021 dated 12.11.2021 as to appear before the respondent police at about 08.00 a.m. for a period of four weeks instead of appear before the respondent police daily at about 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
