This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent-Executive Officer of A/M.Karuneeswarar Thirukoil, Saidapet, Chennai - 600 015 to take charge as fit person of the Temple viz., Arulmighu Sri Bavani Muthumariamman Temple situated at Guindy, Chennai - 600 032 in pursuance of the proceedings of the second respondent issued in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No.1929/2015/A1 dated 07.07.2015 by disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2017. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first respondent has taken charge as the fit person of the temple on 27.08.2019, which is also admitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 15.02.2023 Index :Yes/No AT 2/3
