The petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10:30 a.m. for a period of three months in Crl.O.P.No.10324 of 2024, dated 20.06.2024.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly for the past two months; that no previous case is pending against the petitioner; and that the investigation is also completed.

Considering that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is also completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
