This application has been filed for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to record the evidence of the applicant, who is the petitioner in the Original Petition.

2. The applicant have filed the Original Petition for grant of letters of administration of the Will executed by the deceased Thangam in favour of the applicant. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the applicant is advised by the Doctor not to travel and he is under medication and is in bed rest. Hence, seeks for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner for recording the evidence of the applicant.
