The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation.

2. The learned counsel for petitioner mainly contended that the petitioner presented a sale deed for registration. The Sub Registrar has not received the same nor issued any order of refusal.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader based on the written instruction given by the Sub Registrar vide letter dated 31.08.2023 made a submission that the petitioner has not presented any sale deed for registration. Therefore, there is no entries available in the records of the Office of the Sub Registrar.

4. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is at liberty to present the document for registration by following the procedures as contemplated and in the event of any such presentation, the 1st respondent is directed to proceed with the process of registration, if the documents presented is in consonance of the provisions of the Act and Rules.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
