This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent-Police to file a charge sheet in Crime No.205 of 2024 pending on the file of SIPCOT Police Station, Ranipet District, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, submitted that during the investigation in Crime No.205 of 2024, the second respondent-Police, by letter dated 09.01.2025 sought the petitioner to submit certain relevant documents to investigate the case further. However, the petitioner has not produced the same and due to non co-operation of the petitioner, the second respondent-Police is not in a position to conclude the investigation and file a final report.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the second respondent-Police and extend his cooperation for investigation and produce the relevant documents as sought 2/4

for by the second respondent-Police. On such submission of the said documents, the second respondent-Police is hereby directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 31.07.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes/No ms To 1.
