The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.8672 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly for four months and there is no previous case against the petitioner.

Considering the representation made by both the counsel and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and considering the fact that the investigation was also completed and the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
