ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file final report relating to the Crime No.156 of 2023 on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the FIR in Crime No.156 of 2023 was registered on 13.06.2023 for 'man missing' and even after completion of two years, the respondent police has not filed any final report. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court by way of filing this petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to expedite the investigation and file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
