This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by Mr.S.N.S.Sukumaran seeking to condone the delay of 123 days in filing the appeal, as against the order dated 06.01.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.19234 of 2020.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay is condoned and the civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
