This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10649 of in Crl.O.P.No.15079 of 2024 dated 30.07.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of another 4 months.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 45 days;
that no previous case is pending against the petitioner; and that the investigation is still pending.
3. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also taking into consideration the nature of offences, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of the English calendar month for a period of three (3) months.
