O R D E R

This application has been filed to pass an order of attachment of the Shares, Salary and Dividends of the second, third and fourth respondents in the Companies, as stated in the Judges Summons Schedule property.

2. From the submission of the learned counsel, it appears that in O.A.No.826 of 2019, this Court has already passed an interim order restraining the respondents from alienating the shares and this application has been filed for attachment of the shares. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would further submit that award has already passed.

3. In such a view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to pass any order in the instant application. Instant application is closed. It is open to the applicant to enforce the award and seek further relief in execution proceedings.
