The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the ideal remedy is one under Section 482 Cr.P.C., and that this revision has been wrongly filed. He seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the same with leave to pursue other remedies.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to pursue such remedies that are available to him in law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
