O R D E R

Petition for cancellation of bail on the ground that the accused who has obtained anticipatory bail, not complying the condition that to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police on verifying with the concerned police, informed that the condition not complied.

3. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25055 of 2024. Hence, the anticipatory bail granted by this Court vide order dated 18.10.2024 in Crl.OP.NO.25055 of 2024 shall stands cancelled.

4. In view of the dismissal of anticipatory bail petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail stands allowed.
