and their mother Mrs.Kulandai Theresa on 20.10.2009, together with interest, within a time frame as deem fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court.

The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents herein to disburse the family pension due to the petitioners herein consequent to the demise of their father, Late.I.Robert (Clerk) on 02.07.2001 and their mother Mrs.Kulandai Theresa on 20.10.2009, together with interest, within a time frame as deem fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court.
2. The case of the petitioners is that their father one Late.I.Robert was Ex-employee of the 2nd respondent unit and he died on 02.07.2001. Consequent to the demise of petitioners' father, their mother received family pension and their mother also passed away on 20.10.2009. The petitioner's made a representation along with legal heir certificates to the 2nd respondent on 02.06.2018 for disbursing family pension to them, till date the representation made was not considered. Hence the Writ Petition is filed.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that it would be suffice to issue directions to respondents to dispose of the representation in accordance with law.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, I am inclined to issue direction to respondents to dispose of the representation dated 02.06.2018, if not disposed already within a period of four
(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
