Respondent Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to record the compromise between the petitioner and the respondent so as to compound the offence for which the petitioner is found guilty and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for one year and to pay a fine of Rs.10,000/- by the Trial Court in C.C.No.457 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Coimbatore as confirmed in Crl.Appeal.No.239 of 2017 on the file of the 3rd Additional District Judge, Coimbatore which stood further confirmed by this Court Criminal Revision Petition No.371 of 2019 before this Court dated 27.04.2019.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been file to record the compromise between the petitioner and the respondent so as to compound the offence for which the petitioner is found guilty and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for one year and to pay a fine of Rs.10,000/- by the Trial Court in C.C.No.457 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Coimbatore as confirmed in Crl.Appeal.No.239 of 2017 on the file of the 3rd Additional District Judge, Coimbatore which stood further confirmed by this Court Criminal Revision Petition No.371 of 2019 before this Court dated 27.04.2019.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pending the criminal proceeding against the petitioner herein, the parties have amicably resolved the disputes among themselves and have also filed a Memorandum of compromise to that effect dated 27.11.2019.

3. Both the de-facto complainant and the petitioner are present before this Court today. In order to identify the respective parties, they have also submitted the photo copies of their Aadhar Cards and the same has been made part of the record.

4. Recording the statements made in the Memorandum of compromise dated 27.11.2019, the proceedings in C.C.No.457 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Coimbatore, is quashed.

5. The Criminal Original Petitions stands allowed accordingly.
