ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation from 1st respondent to 2nd respondent in respect to the Crime No.31 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent or any other investigation agency.

2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 1st respondent has registered a case in Crime No.31 of 2017, for man missing. Thereafter, the missed man was found and handover to the petitioner.

3.It is seen that the missed man has been found and handover to the petitioner. However, the 1st respondent has not closed the FIR. Hence the 1st respondent is directed to close the FIR in Crime No.31 of 2017.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
