The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of FCOP.No.2237 of 2019 filed by him before the III-Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2.From the case details downloaded from the E-Court website, it is seen that the respondent has not even filed counter in the FCOP, despite lapse of three years and the same is being adjourned for one or the other reason. It is claimed that now the wife has filed MC.No.20 of 2019 and the same is also pending before the III-Additional Family Court, Chennai. 3.Considering the pendency of both these proceedings and the non-filing of counter in FCOP.No.2237 of 2019 for nearly two years now, there will be a direction to the III-Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of FCOP.No.2237 of 2019 and MC.No.20 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. In view of the above, this civil revision petition is allowed. No costs.
