When the matters are taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the parties submits that on 22.11.2024, in and by a memorandum of compromise, the parties have agreed to settle the disputes pertaining to the present applications alone and the terms of the Leave and License Agreement dated 28.07.2022 shall to bind the parties.

2.Making this clear, the said memorandum of compromise is recorded and the above applications are closed.
