This application has been filed to Order substituted service to the respondents 5 to 7 by paper publication.

2. It is the contention of the applicant that the proposed defendants 4 to 8 are the copyright owners assigned in favour of the plaintiff. Therefore, without their presence there cannot be any proper adjudication. Hence, the plaintiff being dominus litis, he is entitled to implead any person against whom the relief is sought.

3. In view of the same, this application is ordered as prayed.

4. Post the suit on 04.10.2019 for carrying out amendment and for filing amended copy of the plaint.
