ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register an FIR, on the complaint dated 08.12.2015, given by the petitioner and to investigate the same and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondents have not received the complaint dated 08.12.2015.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge as fresh complaint before the jurisdictional police viz., the place of one Muttai Balu, in whose place, the petitioner is said to have seen his vehicle https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on 06.12.2015. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action taken in accordance with law. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
