(CRIME NO.998/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner should report before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5891/2021 ordered on 13.05.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18647/2020 dated 10.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T. MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5891 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18647 of 2020 on 13.05.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
