These petitions have been filed to implead the legal representatives of the sole respondent. There is no serious objection on behalf of the proposed respondents. Hence, having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and having satisfied with the averments made in the petition, all these petitions are allowed.

2.Hence, legal representatives of the sole appellant is ordered to be impleaded as appellants 2 to 5.

3. Registry is directed to make necessary amendments in the appeal memorandum.
