This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 07.12.2012.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by the petitioner, First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.349 of 2016 on 22.04.2016 for an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

offence under Section 294[b] of IPC. A copy of the closure report is furnished before this Court.
