These writ miscellaneous petitions are filed to extend the time granted for the purpose of filing the appeals before the Appellate Authority as per the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.16396, 16397 and 10773 of 2012.

2. Heard Ms.R.Hemalatha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in these petitions and perused the material available on record.

3. The reason adduced for one day delay in each petition is convincing. Hence, these writ miscellaneous petitions

are allowed and the time granted by this Court for filing appeals before the Appellate Authority is extended by one week from today. The petitioners in these petitions are permitted to represent the appeals within one week from today and on such representation, the same shall be entertained by the Appellate Authority and the appeals be decided on merits.
