This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2023 and to fix Rs.78,800/- instead of Rs.61,900/- as pay to the petitioner as on 01.01.2016 on par with the Central Government Employees and pay the same along with arrears from 01.01.2016.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that his pay has not been fixed on par with the Central Government Exmployee DRO Cadre as per the 7th Pay Commission. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 29.04.2023. However, the respondent has not considered the same. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

3. Considering the limited scope of prayer, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2023 and pass Order on the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No 2/4
