Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent police to take legal action after register the case accordance with law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 23.02.2016 vide CSR.No.136/2016 dated 23.02.2016 on the file of the respondent police.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to take legal action after register the case accordance with law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 23.02.2016 vide CSR.No.136 of 2016 dated 23.02.2016. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent on 23.02.2016 vide CSR.No.136 of 2016, however, the respondent has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and to register an FIR. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the enquiry was conducted and closed on 07.03.2016, since the matter has been compromised.

the same has been produced before this Court. A copy of the closure report has been furnished today.

Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the matter has been compromised and the enquiry was closed on 07.03.2016, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
