ORDER

This application has been filed to bring on record the applicants 2

to 4 as legal heirs of the deceased second petitioner and array them as petitioners 3 to 5 in the main Original Petition.

2. Learned counsel appearing for respondents 3 to 6 has no serious objection in allowing the application.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the fact that applicants 2 to 4 are the legal heirs of the deceased second petitioner, namely D.Rajesh Babu, and that they are proper and necessary parties and also the applicants have produced the legal heirship certificate, this Court is of the view that the presence of the proposed petitioners 3 to 5 is necessary to decide the case. In view of the above, the application is allowed as prayed for.

4. For filing Amendment Petition, post the matter on 30.10.2025. 14.10.2025 bbr
