N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the respondent, the Court made the following order:- The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted conditional anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24197 of 2021 vide order dated 14.12.2021, however, due to continuous holidays and Covid-19 Pandamic situation, the same has not been complied with within the time stipulated therein. Hence, he prays for appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above submission so made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, further 3 weeks time from today (12.01.2022) is granted to comply with the conditions passed in Crl.OP.No.24197 of 2021 dated 14.12.2021.
