ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to re-fix the scale of pay and annual increments payable to the petitioner till his retirement in terms of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.873A32005 dated 22.07.2014 and settle the same by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2022

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that break in service of the petitioner was only regularized after the retirement of the petitioner as per the proceedings of the second respondent dated 22.07.2014. But the corresponding pay revision and annual increments have not been sanctioned to the petitioner. In this regard the petitioner has already given a representation to the respondents on 30.11.2022. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

3. Considering the limited scope of prayer, the respondents are 2/4

directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2022 and pass Order on the same as per law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
