This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17764 of 2023, dated 09.08.2023 that the petitioners shall stay at Tirunelveli and report before the Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli Town Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
