This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for having violated the order passed in WP No.26768 of 2018 dated 13.10.2023. 2.During the course of hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O.(2D) No.113, Environment, Climate Change and Forest(FR.2.(ii) Department dated 15.10.2024 before this Court and submits that the order of this Court has been complied with. 3.The above said G.O.(2D) No.113, Environment, Climate Change
