O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 28.08.2019 for allotment of MBBS seat in the Choices locked for Deemed University/Private Medical Colleges in the academic year 2019-2020 for management paid seats at MCC portal of the 3rd respondent during the stray vacancy round as per the seat matrix, within the stipulate period prescribed by this Court.

2. In view of the time limit prescribed by MCI pursuant to the Hon'ble Supreme Court direction, this Court cannot entertain the writ petition since the cut of date for admission of MBBS Court has already over. If at all the petitioner wants to extent the time, he can only approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court and seek redressal.

3. In the light of the above fact, this Writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
