This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 24.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16023 of 2023 to surrender and execute the sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 25.09.2023, failing which, anticipatory bail granted by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
