PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. praying to modify the condition passed by Hon'ble Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur in Crl.MP.No.5306 of 2021 on 02.12.2021 directing furnishing two sureties which one of the surety must be a blood surety of the petitioner before the said Magistrate.
