These applications have been filed seeking to (i) condone the delay of 459 days in filing the application seeking to set aside the exparte decree and judgement dated 27.04.2022 in C.S.No.253 of 2021; and (ii) set aside the exparte decree and judgement dated 27.04.2022 in C.S.No.253 of 2021.

Considering the submissions made on either side, without going into the merits of the legality of the applications, more particularly, in view of the fact the parties have arrived at a settlement in the three Suits filed before this court, the delay in filing the application to set aside the ex parte decree is condoned and the ex parte decree and judgement dated 27.04.2022 made in C.S.No.253 of 2021 is set aside.

The applications are ordered accordingly.
