The present petition has been filed to recall the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4581 of and W.M.P.No.4812 of 2017 vide order dated 10.04.2017.

2. There is no provision for recalling the order which was already passed by this Court. However, as against the order passed by this Court, there is an appeal remedy available for the petitioner.

Instead of availing such remedy, filing a recall petition before this Court is wholly unsustainable.

3. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. No costs.
