The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and final order dated 16.06.2022 made IA.No. 1 of 2021 in RCOP.No. 130 of 2006 on the file of Rent Controller/I Additional District Munsif Court, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would seek permission of this Court to withdraw this revision petition. He has also made the following endorsement: "The petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the above CRP."

3. Recording the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
