Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, both side counsel present.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a difficulty to the child in complying the order of this Court since Monday is a working day for the school and therefore, he prayed to modify the day from Monday to Saturday
3. The other side has not seriously objected.
4. Recording the same, it is appropriate to modify the order passed by this Court. The applicant is permitted to have visitation rights of the minor child on all working Saturdays in the Family Court, Chennai, at 10.00 AM to 01.00 PM.
