ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The petitioners claim that the respondents 4 to 6 are blocking the pathway leading to the agricultural lands of the petitioners and they are attempting to grab the lands.

2. Today, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3, submitted that if eight weeks' time is granted, proper survey will be done in the presence of the petitioners and other affected parties, and if any encroachment is

found, the official respondents would remove the same forthwith.

3. Recording the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.27903 of 2022 is closed.
